SNIPS 'N SNAILS CRISPS | |
2 c. broken pretzels 1 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. chopped salted nuts 3/4 c. sugar 6 measuring tbsp. evaporated milk 2 measuring tbsp. butter 1/2 of 11 1/2 oz. pkg. (1 c.) Nestle milk chocolate morsels In large bowl, combine pretzels, marshmallows and nuts; set aside. In medium saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk and butter. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly over high heat. Remove from heat; add Nestle milk chocolate morsels. Stir until smooth; cool for 15 minutes. Pour over pretzel mixture; stir until well coated. Drop by heaping measuring teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper lined cookie sheets. Chill until firm (about 1 hour). Yields: 2 1/2 dozen crisps. |
