PEAR CRISP | |
3-4 pears, cored, peeled sliced 1/4 c. water 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon Dash of nutmeg 1/2 c. butter 3 c. Kraft miniature marshmallows Place pears in a 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with water. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over pears. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until pears are tender. Top with marshmallows. Broil until lightly browned. 8 servings. |
