PEAR BUTTERSCOTCH CRISP 
1 c. pear halves, drained
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
Nuts, optional

Arrange pears. Cut side down in greased 8 x 8 inch pan. Mix other ingredients and crumble over and around pears. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
