4 c. fresh pears, peeled, cored and sliced 1 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. flour 3/4 c. quick cooking rolled oats 3/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. butter Place pears in bottom of a microwave-safe 8 inch round dish. In medium bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, oats and cinnamon. Cut in butter with a fork until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle mixture over fruit. Microwave on high for 10 minutes or until topping is bubbly. |
