ASPARAGUS AND HAM SPAGHETTI SAUCE | |
1/2 stick butter olive oil 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion 1 c. diced ham 1 lb. cut up asparagus 1/2 c. water 1 chicken bouillon cube 1/2 c. cream or half and half 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese spaghetti, cooked and drained Melt butter and olive oil in electric frypan. Add onion, diced ham and asparagus. Sauté. Add water and chicken bouillon cube and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cream and Parmesan cheese. Toss around. Pour over cooked spaghetti. |
