SMOKED HAM STEAK WITH RAISIN
SAUCE
 
1 (1 inch) thick ham steak
1/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. currant jelly
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash of salt and allspice
1/2 tsp. ground orange peel

Cook ham steak until tender. Combine remaining ingredients and cook until thick and clear. Serve sauce warm over ham.
