RAISIN SAUCE FOR HAM 
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. nuts (opt.)
1 tbsp. butter

Mix flour and brown sugar; add water gradually. Bring to boiling point; add salt, lemon juice and raisins. Simmer 5 minutes, then add nuts and butter. Cook until butter is melted. Makes 2 cups.
