CRANBERRY-RAISIN HAM SAUCE | |
1/2 c. light brown sugar 3 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 c. orange juice 1 1/2 c. cranberry juice 1/2 c. raisins Dash of ground cloves Dash of salt 1 baked ham Mix sugar, cornstarch, cloves and salt. Add remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until mixture thickens, and comes to a boil. Remove ham from oven. Spoon sauce over ham. Bake 20 minutes or until glazed. Pass remaining sauce with the ham. |
