RAISIN SAUCE FOR BAKED HAM 
6 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cold water
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. raisins
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Melt butter in a 2 quart sauce pan. Mix flour, corn starch and salt, add to butter and stir until smooth. Add other ingredients and cook over medium high heat for about 10 minutes. Thickens as it cools. Makes 4 1/2 cups.
