HAM LOAF WITH RAISIN SAUCE 
1 1/2 lb. ground cooked ham
1 lb. ground pork sausage
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. quick rolled oats
1 c. milk

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. raisins
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. vinegar

Combine first 7 ingredients. Place in loaf pan. Blend cornstarch and water. Add other sauce ingredients. Cook an stir until sauce bubbles. Pour over ham mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 3/4 to 2 hours. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
