PORK CHOPS WITH CREAM OF
MUSHROOM SOUP
 
1 egg
Milk
Bread crumbs
Dash of onion salt
Garlic salt; optional
Pork chops
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Mix egg and milk in 1 bowl. Put bread crumbs with onion salt and garlic salt in another bowl. Coat chops on both sides with egg mixture and then with bread crumbs. Place in a roasting pan. Bake uncovered at 325-350 degrees for 25 minutes. Pour soup thinned with a little milk or water over the chops. Return to the oven for 20 more minutes.
