MUSTARD SAUCE FOR BAKED HAM 
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. butter

Cook over medium heat in saucepan until clear, not doughy. Sauce will be thick, but should not have lumps.
