POLISH CABBAGE SOUP 
1 lg. can sauerkraut
1/2 whole yellow peas (pkg.)
1 lb. fresh spare ribs
2 lb. cabbage

Soak yellow peas overnight. Rinse and squeeze out sauerkraut, then boil for 10 minutes, rinse and squeeze again. Boil spare ribs and the rinse. Put sauerkraut, peas, spare ribs, cabbage, salt, pepper and enough water to cover ingredients. Cook until peas and spare ribs are done.
