ITALIAN BAKED CHICKEN BREASTS 
8 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
1/2 c. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced or garlic powder to taste
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Melt butter and garlic. Combine bread crumbs, cheeses, salt and pepper in bag. Dip chicken breast in melted butter and then shake in crumb mixture. Place chicken in 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with PAM. Drizzle any remaining butter on top and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake 45-60 minutes at 350. Serves 6-8.
