WESTERN BREAKFAST 
1 lb. sausage, bacon or ham
1/2 lb. hash browns, frozen
Chopped onions & green pepper, chopped (opt.)
8-10 eggs
1/4 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook and crumble the meat and drain off any grease. Add hash browns and optional ingredients and brown slightly. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over ingredients in the pan. Cook until eggs resemble scrambled eggs. Serve with toast. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
