SEASHELL OYSTER APPETIZER | |
1 (8 oz.) can whole oysters 3 slices bacon 1/4 cup chopped green onion 3 tablespoons bread crumbs 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder Drain oysters. Finely dice bacon. Combine oysters, bacon, green onion, bread crumbs, paprika and garlic powder. Spoon into 12 (3-inch) coquille shells or baking shells. Arrange on a jelly roll pan. Broil 4-inches from heat source for 4 to 5 minutes. Makes 12 appetizers. Submitted by: Kathleen Williams |
