1 can (15 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 c. grape nuts cereal
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat milk and chocolate over low heat, stirring occasionally until chocolate is melted. Mix in cereal and nuts. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Chill.
