HERBED SAUERKRAUT 
2 or 3 (16 oz.) cans sauerkraut
16 oz. can applesauce
1 lg. onion
2 c. brown sugar
2 - 3 tbsp. caraway seeds
2 - 4 lb. boneless pork roll

Combine ingredients and simmer for 3 or more hours. Small pieces of boneless pork may be added at this time. Can be cooked in oven, on top of stove, or in a crock pot (always cook covered).
