HONEY - HERB BREAD 
2 pkgs. yeast
1 c. rolled oats
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. honey
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cornmeal
5 to 6 c. flour

OPTIONAL:

1 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. savory or 2 tsp. tarragon
Herbs & amts. are individual choice

Mix in cup: 1/3 cup lukewarm water and 2 packages yeast. Add to all ingredients except flour in large bowl. Sift 6 cups flour and add to mixture 2 cups at a time, kneading after each addition; add flour until no longer sticky.

Cover and let rise until double in bulk. Punch down once, divide into 2 loaves. Place in greased pan and let rise to top. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
