CRACKER BALLS 
6 tbsp. cracker crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter or fat
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. milk or soup
1/8 tsp. salt (pinch)
Nutmeg, ginger, and pepper to taste

Stir butter with the egg. Add the seasoning, liquid and enough meal to shape into small balls. Drop into boiling soup 10 minutes before serving.
