VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 (15 oz.) can shoe peg corn, drained
1 (15 oz.) can sm. English peas, drained
1 (15 oz.) can French style green beans, drained
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. cream of celery soup
1 section Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter, melted
Slivered almonds (opt.)

Combine all ingredients except crackers and butter. Stir gently so as not to break the vegetables. Pour into greased casserole dish. Combine Ritz crackers which have been crumbled with melted butter. Sprinkle on top of vegetables and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly all over.

This recipe makes a very elegant side dish with the slivered almonds for a special dinner.
