HOT 'N HEARTY POTATO SALAD | |
1 c. chopped onions 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. cider vinegar 1 tbsp. sugar 1 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 med. potatoes, cooked, peeled, sliced (about 4 c.) 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tbsp. cooked, crumbled bacon In large skillet over medium heat, cook onions in butter 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Add potatoes; continue cooking, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes or until heated through (DO NOT BOIL). Garnish with parsley and bacon. |
