3 c. chilled cooked macaroni
Bits of crisp bacon
1/2 c. chilled cooked peas
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1/4 c. minced green pepper
Salt & pepper to taste

Toss together with mayonnaise mixed with a little cream. Serve on lettuce and garnish with hard cooked eggs. 6-8 servings.
