2 cups sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
4 1/2 cups uncooked oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, cocoa, salt, butter and milk in saucepan. Boil for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and add peanut butter, oatmeal and vanilla. Mix thoroughly; drop on waxed paper and let harden.

Makes 4 dozen.
