GALLETAS CON NATILLA 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Add the egg yolks and vanilla. Mix well. In another bowl, mix the flour and the baking powder. Gradually add to the butter mixture. Shape into 3/4-inch balls. Place about 2-inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Press your thumb onto the ball to make an indentation.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until the bottom is slightly brown. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Remove from the cookie sheet immediately and let cool on a wire rack. When ready to serve, fill the indentation with pudding, jelly, icing or whatever you desire. You can add sprinkles, colored sugar, etc.

Makes approximately 30 cookies.
