COUNTRY STYLE CAJUN RIBS 
1 pkg. southern style ribs (boneless)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 med. size potatoes, cubed
1 bottle Cajun barbecue sauce

Wash ribs and pat dry; cut into 2 inch pieces. Combine ribs, onion, red and green peppers, potatoes and barbecue sauce (1/2 to full bottle) in microwave pressure cooker. Cook on high for 25 minutes. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Serve with favorite rice. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
