COUNTRY STYLE RIBS | |
5 to 6 lb. pork ribs (more or less) Sprinkle generously with seasoned salt, salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Heat skillet, add 2 tablespoons oil. Roll ribs in flour and sear in skillet until golden brown. Place ribs in baking pan. Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. |
