PICKLED COUNTRY STYLE RIBS | |
1 1/2 lbs. lean country-style spareribs, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 c. water 2 tbsp. catsup 1 tbsp. corn syrup 1 tsp. brown bottled gravy sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pickling spices, wrapped in a sm. cheesecloth bag Spread ribs in baking pan. Combine all ingredients, pour over meat and marinate 1 to 2 hours. Roast in moderate (350 degree) oven for 1 hour or until browned to your liking. Turn rib meat and baste with the sauce in the pan every 15 minutes. Makes 2 servings. |
