COUNTRY STYLE SPARE RIBS 
Spare ribs or pork chops
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. Worcestershire
2 c. water

Remove all fat from meat, brown in fry pan. Mix all above ingredients and simmer for 1/2 hour.

Coat pork chops with sauce. Place in 350 degree oven. Pork chops should be placed on a rack with a pan under it. Turn pork chops often and baste often. Cook 1/2 hour or until done.
