CREAM OF MUSHROOM PATTIES 
1/2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk

Scald milk; add bread crumbs, onion and garlic. Mix with ground beef. Form into patties. Brown on each side and cook through. Remove onto platter. Stir can of soup into pan drippings until mixed. Add the half can of milk. Pour over patties.
