CREAM CHEESE CUTOUTS 
1 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 1/2 c. flour
2 to 3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 to 2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Patty's Own Frosting:

2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 sticks butter (1 c.), softened
1 large pkg. 10x sugar
1 to 2 tsp. almond

Combine butter and cream cheese; beat. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg, vanilla and almond extract; beat well. Add flour mixture and beat until well mixed. Divide dough in half. Cover and chill approximately 4 hours or may keep well wrapped in the refrigerator for several days. Roll out with your favorite cookie cutters.

Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until done.

Frosting: Beat until smooth; will be very thick. Add flavorings and various colors.
