CREAM OF CHICKEN IN SHELLS 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cups turkey or chicken, cooked, cubed
1/2 - 3/4 cup ham, diced in 5/8-inch cubes
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups peas and carrots (frozen) or 1 can Veg-All
2 tbsp butter
1 cup chicken
1 large onion, diced
pinch of sage
2-3 tbsp. heavy cream (optional)
1 tablespoon cornstarch or Wondra
popovers or patty shells (baked)

In a saucepan, combine ingredients (except shells or popovers), cook until thick, season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, if desired. Spoon over baked patty shells or popovers fresh from the oven.
