QUICHE 
9 or 10 inch uncooked pie crust
8 slices bacon, chopped
1 sm. onion
1/2 lb. cheese (Cheddar, Swiss, whatever)
3 eggs, beaten
1 can cream soup (chicken or mushroom)
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. flour
Cayenne pepper and salt to taste
Paprika

Cook bacon. Saute onion in drippings. Chop bacon and put onion and bacon in pie shell. Cover with grated cheese. Beat together eggs, soup, milk, butter, flour, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture into pie shell. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
