SWISS CHICKEN QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 can cream of chicken soup (no water added)
2 tbsp. sour cream
1 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 c. milk
3 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped pimento

Preheat oven 425 degrees. Bake pastry 8 minutes, remove from oven. Reduce oven 350 degrees.

In medium bowl, toss cheese with flour, add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour in prepared shell - sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until set. Cool 10 minutes before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
