1 box golden butter cake or yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

Mix and bake in 3 layer pans at 325 degrees until done.

TOPPING:

1 large bowl Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple
1 sm. box vanilla pudding (instant)

Can add juice off pineapple if needed. Don't add it all at one time, so topping isn't too thin.
