1 Super Moist white cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Combine all ingredients. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed in large bowl. Bake at 350 degrees in layer or 9"x13 pan.

TOPPING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 can crushed pineapple
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding (dry)

Combine all three, spread on cake; serve. Keep in refrigerator. Optional: Sprinkle walnuts or pecans on top.
