PIG PICKIN CAKE 
1 standard size yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange with juice

FROSTING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Beat together cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges for about 3 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. After cake is cooled, frost cake. In a small bowl, beat pineapple with juice, pudding mix (dry). Fold in Cool Whip.
