1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
4 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil

Take all ingredients, mix and beat 4 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until done.

FROSTING:

1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, unsweetened, with juice

Mix Cool Whip, pudding and pineapple. Frost over cooled cake. Keep refrigerated.
