1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 lg. can mandarin oranges, drained. Save juice
1/4 c. chopped nuts

TOPPING:

1 can (20 oz.) pineapple, drained
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) can Cool Whip

Mix together cake mix, eggs and oil. Add fruit juice. Beat 2 minutes. Fold oranges in above with chopped nuts. Bake at 325 degrees as directed on box for 9 x 13 pan. Topping: mix pineapple, pudding and Cool Whip together.
