PIG LICKIN' CAKE 
1 (18 1/2 oz.) box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
3/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges & juice

FROSTING:

1 (3 3/4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (9 oz.) container frozen Cool Whip, thawed

Cake: Beat all ingredients together for 4 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees in 3 layers for 20-25 minutes. (Layers will be thin.) Cool to ice.

Frosting: Mix all ingredients by hand. Do not use electric mixer. Iced cake is best kept refrigerated. Keeps well.
