PIG LICKIN' GOOD CAKE 
1 (2 layer) box yellow cake mix
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, undrained
4 eggs

TOPPING:

1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (4 oz.) container Cool Whip

Combine cake mix, oil and mandarin orange with syrup. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix well for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 13x9-inch cake pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until cake tests done. Let cool.

Prepare topping. Mix pudding with pineapple and let stand 5 minutes. fold Cool Whip into pudding mixture. Frost cooled cake, then refrigerate until serving.
