PIG LICKIN' CAKE 
1 white cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix cake mix (dry), eggs, oil and juice from oranges; beat well. Add oranges and mix thoroughly. Grease three 9 inch cake pans and fill evenly; bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Mix dry pudding, pineapple and all its juice. Add Cool Whip; mix well. Frost cake layers and put together. Put cake in freezer for 45 minutes. Keep unused portion in refrigerator. Serves: 12.
