1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 sm. can mandarin oranges (juices and all)

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and bake in greased and floured pans (either three 8-inch round pans or one 9x13 pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Cool cake and make icing. 1 lg. box lemon instant pudding 1 lg. carton Cool Whip

Mix all ingredients and frost layers or top of 9x13 cake. Keep refrigerated at all times. Rich and scrumptious!
