RICE PUDDING 
2 cans evaporated milk
7 tbsp. uncooked Carolina rice
10-12 tbsp. sugar
Nutmeg

Add enough water to evaporated milk to make 2 quarts. Put in a large bowl, oven safe the milk mixture, rice and sugar. Stir well. Sprinkle with lots of nutmeg over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
