PARMESAN POTATOES 
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 stick butter

Combine dry ingredients in bag. Moisten potatoes with water. Add a few potatoes at a time to bag. Shake and coat thoroughly.

Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan. Place potatoes in pan and sprinkle remaining flour mixture over potatoes.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour, turning once after 30 minutes.
