CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. coarsely broken pecans
Juice form 1 lemon
1 c. orange marmalade

Combine cranberries and sugar in a shallow baking dish. Mix lightly and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Last 12 minutes of cooking, spread nuts in shallow pan and toast in oven, stirring often. Add nuts, marmalade and lemon juice to cooked cranberries and mix well. Chill and serve as relish. Makes 1 quart.
