CUPCAKE MIXTURE:

1 box Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate cake mix
3 eggs
1 1/3 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. Kahlua

CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 lg. egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar

Chocolate chips
(semi sweetened)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fill cupcake cups 2/3 full with cupcake mixture. "Dollop" 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture onto the top of the cupcake and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake for 25-28 minutes.
