BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water
1 tsp. cider vinegar
2 eggs

Combine flour, sugar, salt, soda and cocoa in bowl. Add oil, vanilla, eggs, water and vinegar; mix.

Filling:

1 (16 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Cream together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and salt; add chocolate chips. Fill cupcake papers 1/3 full of batter. Add 1 generous tablespoon of filling mixture on top.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.

Note: The cupcake batter will almost completely cover the filling. Do not frost the cupcakes.
