BLACK BOTTOM CUPCAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend cream cheese, egg, salt and 1/3 cup sugar until smooth. Add chocolate bits, set aside. Mix flour and remaining ingredients until smooth. Fill cupcake wrappers 1/3 full of chocolate mixture. Top with spoonful of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 30 minutes. Cool.
