BLACK - BOTTOM CUPCAKES 
FILLING:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Blend until smooth. Add 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips.

CUPCAKES:

1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar

Beat until smooth. Fill cupcake holders 1/3 full with chocolate. Top with spoonful of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Makes 20. Add chopped peanuts or one half walnuts atop each cupcake for decoration.
